The Vernon & District Funtastic Sports Society is a registered non-profit society.  It was created in 1984 as a fund raiser to build new slo-pitch fields in the North Okanagan.  Our primary mandate is to create new fields and playgrounds within the North Okanagan, we fundraise by organizing Western Canada's largest amateur sporting event every July long weekend.  We are proud to say that we have contributed over $800,000 to the development of new fields, playgrounds and to local non-profit organizations.

Funtastic would like to see a permanent slo-pitch facility including club house, storage space and meeting space created in Vernon within the next 5 years.
