Pam works with adults, couples and families in both Vernon and Kelowna. Her speciality is Traumatic Incident Reduction and Life Stress Reduction and she is a Certified Advanced Trainer in these areas.  Pam states that she specializes in  these modalities because she finds "them to resolve issues rather than 'band aiding' them" and she has found them to be particularly efficient in comparison to other clinical practices that she uses in her practise.  Having a broad professional background, which includes nursing and management in the corporate business world, Pam has first hand knowledge of many of the issues that brings individuals into counselling.  Issues that she works with include:  *trauma  *grief & loss   *relationship issues  *depression  *anxiety   *separation & divorce   *self-esteem  *unwanted feelings & emotions & attitudes.
