YMCA Summer Work Student Exchange program, which is a national exchange program offering 16- and 17-year-olds the opportunity to improve their second official language skills, while also gaining valuable work experience through a placement in the non-profit or public sector.

We are currently seeking non-profit partners to give youth a chance to gain work experience this summer.  We offer a full minimum wage subsidy of 35 hours of work per week for 6 weeks.  Our program participants are enthusiastic youth who are looking forward to making a contribution to their new community, and would provide additional assistance to you and your staff this summer.
