The First Nations Drug and alcohol program provides individual, couples, family and group counselling.  Our primary goal is to work with Frist Naitons people but, we are open to anyone who needs this service.  Services provided would include screening, assessment, and individual treatment planning.  The A & D program will also provide referrals to appropriate community resources.

Free confidential counselling for problem gamblers and their families.

We also offer a problem gambling support group weekly at 7.30 p.m. on Wednesdays. Drop-ins are welcome.

Educational workshops and presentations are available for staff meetings and community groups and organizations at no charge.

Our program is designed to provide outpatient counselling to First Nations people of the North Okanagan and surrounding area. The addictions counsellor will help you to examine your
individual situation and help match you to appropriate services. To develop individualized treatment plans we use a holistic approach based on the medicine wheel.

Our Goal
To provide services which empower First Nations people to achieve personal wellness through avoidance or reduction of the misuse of alcohol and other drugs and their harmful effects

Assistance for anyone concerned about their own, or someone else's gambling habits. Referrals include self-help groups, problem gambling counselling, and prevention services for adults and youth. The service is funded by the provincial government and operated by Information Services Vancouver, a non-profit, accredited provider of information and referral services. Multilingual services available.

Round Lake Treatment Centre is an accredited 36-bed alcohol and drug abuse treatment facility located on the Okanagan Indian Reserve near Vernon in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. It is situated in a private, park-like setting on the edge of scenic Round Lake.

Programs in addictions treatment are offered to clients from throughout the province, with a focus on holistic healing and First Nations’ culture.
