Learn shopping, cooking skills and nutrition for families on limited budgets. Teaches basic cooking skills, meal budgeting, menu planning and healthy eating skills.

Dinner Tonight - A non-perishable "Dinner in a Bag" for $3.00 that will feed up to 4 people. A complete healthy meal ready in 20 minutes. Several recipes to choose from including one Vegetarian.
